please use the following form for returning goods and follow these instructions so that we can process your return quickly and smoothly:

• Returns can only be processed if the accompanying form is completely filled out.

• If the reason for return or return voucher is missing, no credit note can be issued for you.

• Please also enclose the original invoice in case of a complete return. For partial returns, a copy of your invoice is sufficient.

• Only prepaid returns using this return form can be accepted.

Please note: There is no return possibility for:

• books, CDs and computer software that have already been opened

• Kits that have already been processed or installed

• Custom orders and batteries.
