Network license for the use and evaluation of MediBalance PRO data within a LAN (local area networks).
A network license is required once for each board integrated in the network.
For the secured further operation of the network solution, the separate conclusion of a network server agreement is strongly recommended (support, software update, adaptation in case of changes of the (Windows) server platform software.

Service contract for server installation including hotline support and online activation to support MediTOOLs network operation. The service agreement is subject to an annual progression of a maximum of +5% and is valid for 12 months and will be extended for a further 12 months if it is not cancelled up to six weeks before expiry.

The comprehensive support includes an annual total check of your system (after sending it to MediTECH) including all accessories, if desired with free loan system during the maintenance period. The maintenance agreement is subject to an annual progression of a maximum of +5%; it is valid for 12 months and will be extended for a further 12 months if not cancelled six weeks before expiry.

[8815] Biofeedback PLUS Service Agreement - This service agreement includes up to 8 hours of online training/guidance per year (value: 8x160=1,280 Euro), which you can access freely as needed. You also get access to our comprehensive video knowledgebase with currently more than 50 instructional videos. The agreement is automatically renewed for another year if not cancelled in due time. The agreement is subject to a maximum annual progression of +5% and will be automatically renewed for another 12 months if not cancelled in writing at least 6 weeks prior to expiration.
