| Maybe you have tried to use the encoder codes from an old version of BioGraph. version. Please note that with a BioGraph upgrade, new codes are assigned. new codes are assigned. But also a reading error from the sticker or a printing error sometimes occur. If possible, compare with the codes on the invoice. |
