Sometimes in Long-Boy and Trio-Boy two LEDs (left and right one) light up on the peripheral, and sometimes the middle one. Why is that?

This is an indication that the control box was not properly connected upon launching of the units. If this is the case, many strange things can happen. Please instruct your client to always connect the box prior to starting the unit. Should he find that the box is not connected after booting the system he must turn off the system, connect the box and then reboot.
